Our Insulation Render Systems were designed for commercial properties but are becoming more popular on Modular and privately owned houses/buildings that are cold, have no wall cavities or extensions with a single skin of brick. The insulation board is fixed to the building before applying any one of our weatherproof renders.

Brick, Stone and Wood Effect Render,  is useful for refurbishment projects where new brick-work, Stone can't be used and on Modular  Buildings. It is applied in two different coloured coats. The top coat is then cut through to expose the mortar layer. The exposed mortar joints create a brick effect finish.

We can also provide materials which enable the easy shading of Brick Rend to enable newly refurbished buildings to blend in with their surroundings even further. There are hundreds of different colours, brick stone and wood designs available.

This product is particularly popular with local authorities, because when used in conjunction with a good external insulation system this product can make entire estates badly in need of renovation look like new, whilst meeting and exceeding property insulation regulations at the same time for a fraction of the cost of re-building! plus with the Insulation Values adding up to 25 more years of old prosperities including Mobile / Modular Homes.
